ECA AGM and Laying Up Supper

ECA AGM and Laying Up supper.

The ECA AGM and Laying Up Supper will be held at Emsworth Community Centre, start time 18:00.

Nominations for Committee Posts need to be with us by 10th Oct and any proposals or business for discussion by the 17th Oct.

After the AGM there will be a Fish & Chip Supper, followed by a Quiz with prizes for the winners.

Please support your Association and try to be there.

We will need your pre-order for the fish and chips (see menus attached) and there will be a subsidy to partly cover the hire of the hall and prizes.

If you cannot make it please book an apologies ticket to let us know you are not coming. If you are coming please book a ticket to let us know you are coming and make your selection off the menu.
