First real rally of the season to Bembridge with 16 boats and 30 members. Weather was great for the long weekend. Into the wind going but a good sail back. Pizzas/Drinks from Steve’s Cafe/Bar on Friday plus Caroline’s birthday. Saturday was a trip to Shanklin Chine on the bus for several of us. Great way to see the island. Great meal in BHYC as usual on Saturday night. Sunday was do your own thing day, with some walking to the Lifeboat station. BBQ in the evening. Monday all headed back.
