- with a stop at Yarmouth 15th/16th June 2013
For this year’s round the island rally we are going to go anticlockwise around the Isle of Wight with a stop on the Saturday night in Yarmouth harbour and a meal booked at the Royal Solent Yacht club. Nibbles and drinks will be served on Ruahine prior to the meal. On the Sunday we will go out of the Solent via the Needles Channel and pick up the east going tide around the south side of the IOW to the eastern Solent. As before, if the winds are inclement, or for those crews who do not wish to, there is of course the option for the journey home via the Solent.
Ruahine will be going to East Cowes on the Friday for those who wish to join us there.
N.B. It is the IOW music festival this weekend so Cowes is likely to be busy on the Friday. We would recommend you book early if you wish to stay at Cowes (please book this individually as there is no rally booking for the Friday night)
