ECA FAMILY FUN CRUISE – CHICHESTER HARBOUR – June 26~27 2010

No formal berthing arrangements have been made as we are hoping to
anchor off N.E. Pilsey on the Saturday evening and spend the afternoon
engaged in trivial team pursuits for all the family on both land and
sea.
Dependant on numbers we anticipate that the games will begin at around 13:00 hrs, with drinks and barbecues ashore around 18:00 hrs. Upon anchoring up you will be welcomed alongside Meva II for team allocation and instructions for the day’s events which will remain fluid until we know how many and what the weather holds… That said, bathing attire, wet suits, buckets, whistles, water cannons, etc., may be required together with the odd dinghy/inflatable. Whilst the usual hospitality should prevail, given the remoteness of the location, it is suggested that you are well victualled and set for an evening barbecue (all rubbish to be removed from Pilsey or other venue TBC by each crew). |

Participating skippers are reminded that all ECA rallies and events are carried out under Rule 22 of the Emsworth Cruising Association Rules as published in the Emsworth Cruising Association Yearbook. Participation in an ECA rally or event is taken as acknowledgement and understanding of this rule.
